There are 5 questions which are discussed during the debate, each for approximately 25 to 30 minutes. For each question, 8 speakers from the audience are called to take the floor and deliver a 2 minute speech. Afterwards each speaker is allowed to answer two questions from the audience.
After each questions, there will be a 15 minute time during which participants can get into small groups and discuss the previously debated question and write down on paper their genuine opinion about the speeches of the speakers. Each person in the hall has then 20 seconds to say what they stated on the paper.
The debate is very dynamic and fun.
